During Richard and Mary Lee's involvement at Banchory, the operation has expanded through the upgrade of existing facilities. This has included the building of a new stable complex, installation of an eight horse walker and pasture improvement, some of which is irrigated. An extensive fencing programme provides large, open paddocks for shared agistment and single yards and smaller paddocks for colts or individual spelling if required
